Ninigret Construction Company, L.C., our construction arm, was developed out of the need to effectively manage the complex remediation and infrastructure development of the 405-acre park expansion known as Ninigret Technology Park.

Since its inception, NCC has grown into a full scale excavation, site development and remedial contractor with a vast array of equipment resources necessary to manage large excavation tasks and soil management issues. However, Ninigret Construction's beginnings have left an imprint on the way it evaluates its projects, insuring that the site management efforts provide a direct benefit towards the eventual site development.
