At Ninigret Construction, we have actively managed the site remediation efforts of the 405-acre Ninigret Technology Park site since June 2002.  During that time period, NCC managed and processed over three million yards of on site soil, as part of its efforts to excavate, treat and recompact the material. The Ninigret site remediation was one of the first significant Brownfield development projects in the state of Utah, and as such, has received an elevated level of attention by UDEQ (Utah's Departtment of Environmental Quality) and the staff of the Department of Solid and Hazardous Waste.

Ninigret Construction has proven itself with UDEQ and  EPA to be a reliable contractor performing the work in a professional, environmentally sound manner. The work undertaken to date has resulted in the project's recognition as one of the most, successful redevelopments within the region under EPA and the  State of Utah's voluntary corrective action programs.
