Over the past four years we have platted more than 350 acres and constructed over 9,000 linear feet of roads within Ninigret Technology Park. We have constructed an additional 3,000 linear feet of roads and utilities for third party clients. In addition, NCC has performed  the site work, (building pads, site utilities and site grading) for the future development of 1.3 million square feet of industrial warehouse space.
