As a result of managing, mixing and treating over 3 million yards of remediated soil over the past eight years, we have developed an impressive expertise in soil management practices. On Ninigret Technology Park alone we've imported, stockpiled and processed over 500,000 yards of fill material and over 400,000 yards of recycled concrete. The processed material has been utilized within the infrastructure and site development efforts there by reducing the overall cost of those necessary activities.

At Ninigret Construction, our recognized expertise has led to being retained by Suburban Landfill Reserve to manage the receiving and stockpiliong efforts associated with the Salt Lake City downtown demolition and excavation efforts which are part of The City Creek Center redevelopment project being under taken by the LDS Church. Under this project, Ninigret will manage over one million yards of material; selectively stockpling, sorting and sizing the materials to maximize the value for use in the future site development efforts. Ninigret Construction worked closely with the city, county and representatives to ensure that the project obtained and maintained all applicable permit and approvals, to allow site operations to continue unimpeded.
